When I began my electrical apprenticeship, I felt completely overwhelmed—learning the ropes, connecting with other apprentices, and figuring out how to be useful. I constantly questioned myself. One thing that stood out was the inconvenience of running around to different shops just to get basic supplies. It felt like everything I needed was scattered, adding unnecessary stress to an already confusing journey.

The company provided everything I needed, reducing the anxiety I once felt. But even with that support, I was still nervous about what to bring to site. It was another challenge of figuring out how to be prepared and organised for the job ahead.
